We promise and are committed to provide professional and customer-oriented services as follows;
- Administrative counter services for all matters are served within five 5 minutes
- Customers will be treated (secondary triaging) within 15 minutes after registration
- Consultations are served within 90 minutes according to rotation in normal conditions/cases. Typical conditions are outpatient cases that do not include:
- Special case
- Emergency case
- Shortage of Medical Officers / Assistant Medical Officers)
- Medicines will be dispensed according to prescription within 30 minutes after registration at the Pharmacy counter for outpatient cases
- Patients who require laboratory tests will be treated within 30 minutes
- Emergency and critical cases will be given priority and treated immediately
- Periodic monitoring of vector control and food premises on the university campus is carried out six times a year
- Dental treatment will be served within 120 minutes according to rotation in normal conditions/cases. Normal conditions are outpatient cases that do not include:
- Emergency case
- Lack of Dental Officers
- Customer complaints are responded to within 3 working days.
