CUSTOMERS CHARTER

We promise and are committed to provide professional and customer-oriented services as follows;

  1. Administrative counter services for all matters are served within five 5 minutes
  2. Customers will be treated (secondary triaging) within 15 minutes after registration
  3. Consultations are served within 90 minutes according to rotation in normal conditions/cases. Typical conditions are outpatient cases that do not include:
    • Special case
    • Emergency case
    • Shortage of Medical Officers / Assistant Medical Officers)
  4. Medicines will be dispensed according to prescription within 30 minutes after registration at the Pharmacy counter for outpatient cases
  5. Patients who require laboratory tests will be treated within 30 minutes
  6. Emergency and critical cases will be given priority and treated immediately
  7. Periodic monitoring of vector control and food premises on the university campus is carried out six times a year
  8. Dental treatment will be served within 120 minutes according to rotation in normal conditions/cases. Normal conditions are outpatient cases that do not include:
    • Emergency case
    • Lack of Dental Officers
  9. Customer complaints are responded to within 3 working days.
